Week 3 Completed – P90X Lean – Progress

Well, what can I say. I’m finally getting what I’ve always wanted more than anything. Getting Fit. I’m still super excited that three weeks have gone by and I’ve not given up. Nearly every day (minus Yoga Day….Yoga can still piss off…) I’ve given 110% effort on everything. Week after week I’ve been seeing improvements in my cardio, the fact that I can run around now without breathing very hard. Overall it’s awesome.

I bought a heart monitor watch this past weekend, but it only just arrived for Yoga day on Wednesday…However I didn’t use it for Yoga or Back and Shoulders day, as it would just get in the way. I will go into a small review sometime next week when I have more time and less words since this post has already gone for a walk.

Although my end goal is not to loose weight, I’ve noticed that my muscles are starting to get stronger and more active. At the same time today was the first time I stepped on the scale to find out that in the three week I’ve done the program I’ve lost 5 pounds! (Woot!)
— Like I said, I’m not trying to loose weight, but if  working out gets a few pounds of fat off, and gets more more muscle, then yes that is my ultimate goal.
