I found out that if I listen to faster music between 130 – 135 BPM I program fast, no more slow songs! I will have another P90X update tonight after I complete week 3…So far so good =]

We all know where the song is from, but this girl can play the Electric Harp! Her name is Catrin Finch….Very cool! I like everything except the ending of this one!
